For thousands of years yogi’s have sought to immerse themselves in the tranquil valley of Rishikesh and be empowered with the potent resonance of the ancient teachings that hold their origins in these mountains. Set near the banks of the earth’s most worshipped body of water our luxury oasis rests on the outskirts of the bustling temple dusted town, surrounded in the rich sounds of the mountains our yoga shala looks out across the sacred valleys. Our retreat centre is fitting with its own onsite Ayurvedic spa, pools and views of the river Ganga and its encasing mountains. Come and embalm yourself in a week of restoration and adventure charmed with touches of local tradition and culture as we journey to re-acquaint ourselves with our innately sacred nature.
Our days in the Himalayan foothills will be filled with dynamic and restorative yoga, meditations , Ayurvedic spa treatments, traditional water ceremonies, waterfall walks, temple pilgrimages and excursions to immerse ourselves in the magic of the culture and its art of devotion, invoking our awakening.

2 daily yoga and meditation practices including - Morning Meditation and Solar Asana Practice, evening Lunar practices including gentle hatha, yin and yoga nidra

How do I get to the Venue / Rishikesh? Our mountain oasis is just a one hour drive from Dehradun Airport, another option is to take a road trip up from Delhi (approx 5 hours).
Whether you are flying into Dehradun Airport or coming from elsewhere a car transfer can be arranged for your arrival (not included in retreat price). We are happy to arrange your taxi transfer or our tried and tested online car transfer websites are www.makemytrip.com/cabs and www.gozocabs.com
Do I need a visa for India? Yes - you can acquire a travel Visa online, please allow one week processing time and only apply for the visa 2 weeks before the event so the entry date is still valid.
How big is our group? To ensure a powerful and intimate experience through these magical lands the groups numbers are limited to no more than 15. Eliza has been living, traveling and spending extensive time in Rishikesh for over a decade and will guide the group through a unique experience of all the best hidden gems and local magic.
Do I have to attend all activities offered/organised for the retreat? No, this is a space for you to recharge and rejuvenate and we trust you will make the decisions in accordance to what nourishes you most.
Can our retreat resorts cater for my eating requirements? Absolutely, please advise us of any dietary requirements and a nourishing menu will be provided.
Do I need to be an experienced Yogi to attend this retreat? No! This retreat accommodates all levels of experience. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.
Retreat Terms & Conditions
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot with the final balance due by Sept 2 2024
Please note that the retreat does not include travel to and from the venue.
Full payments are non refundable within 60 days of retreat date.
In the unlikely occurrence that the retreat must be postponed due to government regulations or unforeseen circumstances an alternative date will be offered or a partial refund.
