Join Eliza for this seasonal workshop to help you restore nourishment and vitality by embalming the inner and outer body with ultimate self care.

Through the use of movement and breath we will anoint the systems of the inner body in a slow asana practice. We will use meditation and nidra to soak the subtle body and anoint the mind.

You will then be guided to create an Ayurvedic Abhyanga oil blend infused with flowers, essence and crystals to embalm the outer body and seal the nectar within.
Abhyanga is a yogic practice of self massage that promotes circulation, removes toxins from the tissues, flushes the lymphatic system and nourishes the skin and joints.

Join Eliza Giles for a 2-hour Yin Yoga session, designed to nourish and balance your Chakras, accompanied by musician and healer, Citadel. Each chakra corresponds with specific vibrations, colours, emotions, body parts and organs and can be rebalanced through sound, resonance and intentions. The practice will will follow the journey of postures and music from the root chakra all the way up to your crown, and back to your root chakra, leaving you feeling balanced and grounded. 30 days to dive deep into they philosophy and psychology of your yoga practise and how we can use it to uncover, recognise, clear and release your habitual, unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns.

Become clear about what you want and how to get it. Yoga teaches us that we have the power to choose how we think, feel, and act and through this these choices we manifest the lifestyles we hold. So to create any real change in our external lives we must begin with the internal process.

Each week, we will meet on Wednesday from 7:30 - 8:30pm to learn yogic philosophy, grow as an individual and support each other as a community. Eliza will share the yogic view of the mind, and how you can use these practices to cut through your own BS, and align with the highest, most fulfilled version of you.

You will leave feeling empowered, clear and ready to step into the process of real transformation.

200 HR Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

This is a 6 month, part time program led at Woke Yoga with facilitators Cora Geroux, Eliza Giles & Lyndsey Benn. The training is an exploration of yoga, meditation, pranayama & philosophy.

This course is ideally suited to students, those who work full time, or have other commitments during the week as our teacher training is delivered part time over 6 full weekends ( Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and a 5 day residential retreat ( held Thursday – Monday in May ). Our course is held over 6 months so that you have ample time to learn, grow and see real transformation throughout the training.
